 Our PrioritiesVic Gorse Control Strategy 2008 – 2013The Victorian Gorse Control Strategy (2008-2013) has been developed by the VGT. This will provide future direction for the activities of the VGT. The strategy is consistent with the Victorian Pest Management Framework and the objectives of the National Gorse Management Strategy. The Victorian Gorse Control Strategy provides guidance for the management of gorse in Victoria. The state has been divided into three focus zones ("containment", "reduction" and "eradication and prevention"). Strategic direction for each of these zones has been outlined in the strategy to produce the best value for the funds invested.
